We were contracted by the Director of the IT department at IGAD, an inter-governmental agency ensuring the stability of 8 countries in the horn of Africa, to develop a cross-platform mobile version of their web based data analysis and reporting tool, initially developed by professors at Harvard, with built in offline capability and seamless data-synchronization
