Not yet independently verified. The launch date rests on the maker's own Show HN post of 9 October 2026, which calls the product a beta. Every detail comes from the maker's own site and pricing page; the operator is APIblaze LLC of Birmingham, Michigan, and no independent report was found. We will update this when it can be confirmed, and remove this note.
APIblaze is a hosted gateway for teams that want to expose a backend API and an MCP server to their own customers. From an OpenAPI specification it creates a proxy, an MCP server and a chat interface, and it hosts the login pages and OAuth discovery. It manages users and groups, enforces authorization rules at the gateway, and offers rate limits, quotas, transformations and custom domains. Drop-in React widgets let customers manage their own API keys and users, and each customer gets its own keys, portal and MCP address. A single command exports the configuration to a runnable Kong bundle. Pricing is prepaid credits with no subscription or minimum: the first 5,000 requests a month cost $0.003 each, the next 5,000 cost $0.001 each, and further requests $0.0005 each, with separate small charges for logins, keys, AI chat, email and custom domains. A trial gives 2,500 requests without a card. The operator is APIblaze LLC of Birmingham, Michigan. The maker presented it on Hacker News on 9 October 2026 and describes it as a beta. A buyer should check the beta status, the licence of the client tooling, which is not stated, and how exports work before depending on it.
