Gravitas Ltd

Gravitas works with brands in Australia on loyalty programmes, customer value management and retail media, aiming to identify and grow the value of a client's customer base. Its work includes assessing the current and future value of a client's customers, developing growth strategies, and building personalised customer experiences and engagement at scale, using what it describes as proprietary Accelerator tools built around a client's own customer data. Named client work includes helping an Australian retailer launch a customer-value-based loyalty strategy using personalised offers, adapting its methods for a pet products and services chain's loyalty programme, and developing a donor-engagement strategy for a charity client. A newer part of the business, Gravitas Talent, supports clients in building their own in-house loyalty and customer value teams.
