Randy is president of Creative Communications, Inc and one of the most experienced and respected public relations practitioners in Louisiana As an award-winning journalist, he brings unique knowledge and perspective to any campaign His background and record of devising and implementing winning communications strategies has made him one of the most sought after professionals in the state His media and crisis management seminars have been used to train chemical industry leaders, Chamber of Commerce executives and dozens of state and local politicians He has an excellent relationship with key members of the news media including the powerful Capitol Press Corps as well as the respect of many of the state's most influential business and civic leaders Randy earned a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Louisiana State University He is a registered lobbyist and former delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business Randy has won numerous industry awards, including A P and U P I awards for broadcast journalism, an ADDY award for Advertising and two American Chamber of Commerce Executives Awards for public relations He currently serves as Chairman of the Louisiana Clean Fuels Board of Directors, President of the Louisianans for Energy Coalition Board of Directors, Vice President of the Louisiana Sports Hall of Fame Foundation Board of Directors and is past Chairman of the Up Alliance Board of Directors Randy is the Executive Director of the Louisiana Propane Gas Association In August 2018, he was appointed to the Louisiana Workforce Investment Council by Gov John Bel Edwards to serve as a representative of Louisiana's  energy sector, Lori oversees financial, administrative and internal technology matters She has over 20 years’ experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, office management and finance oversight She joined the Creative Communications, Inc team over 15 years ago and has supplemented her role during that time to additional avenues throughout the office Although she is well versed in accounting, Lori oversees all general office matters as well as being our main contact for all outside vendors She is dedicated to being astute to all technology matters as well as overseeing that the CCI office runs smoothly and efficiently Additionally, Lori has honed her graphic design talents by maintaining various client websites as well as helping to design logos and advertising layout elements She is a social media aficionado that has lent her talents for various political campaigns She always enters projects with an “all hands on deck” attitude Lori graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University and is a Registered Social Worker in the state of Louisiana She is currently working towards her master's degree in Social Work at Louisiana State University

CCI has worked on numerous issue campaigns with some of the most well-known public affairs firms in the country including DCI Group, LLC; On Point Advocacy, LLC; and Fleishman Hilliard Additional clients include the Louisiana Dental Association, Penn Gaming and the Louisiana High School Athletic Association We have an excellent working relationship with the entire Louisiana Congressional Delegation and staff as well as key influential business and civic leaders throughout the state CCI has the ability to reach most of Louisiana’s elected officials through a media relations campaign, a grassroots/grasstops campaign or a lobbying campaign

CCI is an independent firm with a pro-business philosophy We work with Republicans, Democrats and Independents alike to help elect true public servants to represent Louisianians As campaign consultants, the staff at CCI offers a strategic communications plan to the candidate and the campaign staff Creative Communications has consulted on dozens of Louisiana campaigns including races for Governor, Public Service Commissioner, BESE Board, Sheriff, Mayor, State Senator, State Representative, District Attorney, and local Council positions

Association Management and Lobbying

CCI lobbies on behalf of the Louisiana non-profit organizations—Louisiana Propane Gas Association Our company also serves as the administrative office for the group The Louisiana Propane Gas Association consists of members owning and working for propane dealer and supplier companies in Louisiana and surrounding states The mission of the LPGA is to increase awareness of the advantages of propane, to promote its safe use through training, and to achieve a favorable regulatory climate for the propane industry as a whole

CCI has worked for years with every major sports network, providing associate producers, statisticians, stage managers, and other personnel to staff some of the largest sporting events in the world.

In 2012, CCI helped Tony Chachere's launch their new line of sandwich sauces, with the help of Troy and Jacob Landry as seen on Swamp People.

Our President Randy Hayden's degree concentration is actually in journalism, not public relations.

In 2008, CCI received the Douglas Manship, Sr. Torch award for ethics in business by the better business bureau.

Even though Creative Communications is a small business, it has employed over 50 people in its 35-year history.

CCI's first major client was Halpins Carpet in Baton Rouge and it's an account they held for 10 years.

Creative Communications staff also make up the Louisiana Propane Gas Association staff.
