J&T Accounting Services is owned by James Beltrame and Tiffiny Trupe, who provide financial guidance, tax preparation and ongoing advisement for businesses, along with personal accounting and tax support for individuals. James spent 25 years in the custom home industry before training as a tax preparer with H&R Block and becoming an IRS Enrolled Agent, which allows him to represent taxpayers nationwide. Tiffiny also trained through H&R Block after a career break to raise her family. The pair met through H&R Block in 2016, launched their own practice from home, opened an office in 2017, and moved to remote working during the COVID period. The practice, now based in Utah, describes its approach as building long-term relationships with clients to support their financial goals.
