Thoughtexchange

Thoughtexchange is an online platform for gathering open-ended input from groups of people and showing leaders where they agree and disagree. Participants answer one question, then read and rate each other's answers. Its current website focuses on school districts, though earlier material also addressed HR, marketing, sales, public sector and nonprofit leaders.

What Thoughtexchange offers

• Crowdsourced discussions — a single question opens a conversation among groups from 10 to more than 10,000 people.
• Anonymous, anti-bias rating — answers are rated by peers without names attached.
• Built-in analytics — AI and machine learning surface shared priorities and points of disagreement.
• Translation — simultaneous translation across 133 languages lets people respond in their own language.
• Strategic insight platform — for districts, it keeps results from past engagements so patterns can be compared year on year.

Who it works with

School district leaders first, plus corporate, public and nonprofit leaders. SAP's channel development team is named as one customer example.
