Milano Tattoo Parlour

Milano Tattoo Parlour is the tattoo edition of Milano Software, a booking system that originally targets salons, spas and retail. It brings appointments, client records, marketing and point of sale together for tattoo businesses.

What Milano Tattoo Parlour does

• Booking engine: tracks appointments by day, week or month, and clients can book, change or cancel more simply.
• Text reminders: keeps clients informed of their next appointment to reduce no-shows.
• Client relationship management: keeps customer information in one place.
• Marketing tools: promotions and rewards through loyalty programmes, email campaigns and text messages.
• Sales tracking: reports on sales in real time, plus performance by employee, product or service, and sales targets.
• Point of sale: handles retail operations, with an online store option.

Who it works with

Tattoo studios, and the wider Milano range also serves salons, spas and retailers. Staff can manage their schedules remotely through a mobile app.
