Our motivation is to provide every customer with noticeable increases in efficiency and quality through the intelligent use of the software. It is our passion to work out details through close personal contact and not only to optimize processes but also to make life a little bit easier for the people behind the processes.

GuideCom management:
The founders have remained connected to GuideCom to this day. Mathias Bokelmann, Günter Meyer and Robin Wunsch met for the first time in 1997 - as part of different activities for the then Stadtsparkasse Münster (today Sparkasse Münsterland Ost). Even then everyone had their own professional hobbyhorse.

The idea of ​​bundling these different specialist competencies in one company quickly came up. Savings banks should be given the opportunity to further optimize their IT-based processes with a provider that complements the data center. This is how GuideCom was founded in 2000.

The broad, ever-growing customer base in the savings bank sector and the high importance of GuideCom for savings banks underlines that this idea actually met with great demand. The high level of acceptance of the GuideCom personnel management systems in 2005 was the foundation for the design of the further business area "Personnel management for companies".
