Provide a master view of all document, which allows you to quickly locate the desired documents from the master document register through search and filtering function

Offer a project dashboard that allows you to gather the latest project status, compare your current performance versus your baseline on S curve, as well as to measure the quality matrix or performance of your team and your external parties

Provide features such as Up Rev, Send Notification and Add Drawing Sheet to ease the document preparation process This allows document controller and project team to collaborate and work on document effectively

Offer functions such as auto-routing of review tasks, comment sheet generation and auto update of progress stage as per defined by the project administrator, where system will automatically make a copy of the document to be reviewed and route it to all respective reviewers for commenting purposes
