Pollfish

Pollfish is an online survey platform for market research. Customers write and launch questionnaires themselves and receive responses from an audience the company owns. An AI feature can draft a survey from a stated research goal.

What Pollfish offers

• Survey builder — templates, questionnaire logic, A/B testing and multiple-audience studies.
• Audience targeting — demographic and psychographic screening, quotas and language settings.
• Real-time results — responses appear on a dashboard as they arrive, and many surveys finish within days.
• Quality checks — filters aim to remove bots, fraudulent answers and gibberish.
• Multilingual reach — surveys run in many languages, with open-ended answers translated into American English.
• Support — researchers are available around the clock.
