Clarendon Fund Managers

The Co-Investment Fund, managed by Clarendon Fund Managers, matches private investment into high-growth potential businesses based in Northern Ireland. We typically initially invest between £50,000 to £250,000 and support growth with follow-on investment.

AuditComply received an initial £125,000 investment from the Co-Investment Fund, managed by Clarendon, in March 2015. Following seven additional follow-on investments that funded development of their innovative risk-management software, AuditComply received a strategic investment from the British Growth Fund and First Derivatives to accelerate growth.
