Loadster

Loadster is a cloud-based performance testing platform for websites, web applications and APIs. It simulates large numbers of concurrent users to show where a site slows down or fails under heavy traffic. The same scripts can later be reused to monitor a site around the clock.

What Loadster offers

• Load and stress testing — launches thousands of concurrent bots to find a site's breaking point before real visitors do.
• Browser Bots — drive real headless Chrome browsers for realistic testing of modern web applications.
• Protocol Bots — send scripted HTTP requests to APIs or static sites, which scales to very large bot counts.
• Script recording — a Chrome and Firefox extension records a user journey into a script that can be edited, with JavaScript blocks for more complex logic.
• Synthetic monitoring — reruns the scripts continuously from several locations to catch downtime early.
