Mail Labs

Mail Labs is virtual mailroom software. It lets a mail centre, coworking space or shared office offer its own virtual mailbox service, with customers viewing and managing their post online.

What Mail Labs offers

• Mail scanning — operators scan envelopes, packages, magazines or postcards with a scanner, phone or tablet and upload them.
• Customer mailboxes — customers get an email notice and log in from a computer or mobile device.
• Branded service — sign-up, plans, the mailbox and notifications can carry the operator's own branding.
• Subscription plans — operators set their own plans and mail limits, with automated invoicing.
• Reports — activity by operator or customer, showing items scanned, shipped or recycled.
