Kollect

Kollect is an Irish waste removal service that books jobs through a network of independent waste contractors. Customers can order junk removal, skip hire or a skip bag, and each job goes to a suitable provider with spare capacity. The platform follows jobs as they happen so customers can be kept updated.

What Kollect offers

• Junk removal — a two-person crew loads and takes away whatever the customer points out.
• Skip hire — a skip is delivered, filled by the customer and collected; sizes vary with the job.
• Skip bag — a smaller option posted to the customer and collected once full.
• Bin collection — an earlier profile described this household service in counties Waterford and Cork.

Who it works with

Mainly householders and small clearances. The service is offered nationwide.
