Founded as CoWare AG 2001, we began our journey with leading experts in system integration, two of whom remain committed to our success to this day. We grew quickly into an international organization by solving client needs, not following the latest trends.

We began by solving the hard content problems for the most demanding of clients – companies operating in the rapidly moving and highly competitive publishing industry, which faces significant digital disruption.

Our platform delivers efficiency, multichannel reach, and content monetization.

In 2017, we joined forces with DuMont, one of Germany’s oldest and biggest media companies, forming part of its Marketing Technology strategy. The company’s commitment and support saw it become our majority stakeholder in 2019. As of today, we are nearing 300 employees, still engineer our platform in Munich, Germany, but deliver our solutions worldwide through our global network of locations and expert partners.
