We’re pretty normal. When we meet a new client we’re very professional. We do most of our meetings by online conferencing, but if you meet us in person we’ll be clean and polished and wear our good business clothes. We’ll shake hands, hand out business cards, smile and talk about how nice it is to finally meet in person. At some point (thankfully) it will get easier and more relaxed as we share our progress with you, advise you when there are choices to be made, and listen to your needs. You’ll work with a dedicated team and project manager, and you’ll get to know all of them.
