Discovery – For each potential engagement, our first step is to probe client goals and needs to determine whether Freeflow's services are a good match. We regularly refer a potential client to other firms if they are better suited for a given project.  If we are a good fit, then we dive deep into your data and website challenges and use your experience and our knowledge to craft a solution that is unique to your organization.

Planning – Planning translates project requirements into a concrete implementation plan, timeline, and estimate. This could include wireframes and creative concepting, current/future state diagrams on how to integrate systems, or a data integration mapping to bring order to your data chaos.  Clients walk away from this process with a solid understanding of what's necessary to complete their project and a blueprint for exactly how to get it done.

Execution – With a team of strategists, programmers and database specialists, we are happy to take your project through to completion.  We build custom applications in Drupal or on your existing web development platforms, we develop engagement and fundraising websites, and web design donor, voter, and membership focused CRM implementations -- all with deep data integrations to tie your systems together.

Ongoing Support and Strategy -- We do not just launch your project, and then toss you to the wolves the next day.  We’re there to monitor the platform, collect and analyze key performance data, and plow that learning back into the system we’ve helped you create.  Our projects are partnerships, and we’re with you every step of the way.
