In 1997 Martin and Vašek wanted to earn extra money while studying at CTU. They set up a business and soon surprised to find that they could employ their friends who shared their knowledge and sense of humor. After 20+ years of successful operation, Etnetera is a leader in web portal and application development. Our goal is to be number one on the Czech market in this segment.

Our team now consists of 150+ people:
We work in a liberal and open environment without ties and process handbooks. We are inspired by the principles of a free company, where profits are shared transparently, teams set their own rules and management has no above-standard benefits. We like to play sports and support each other. We kick for one team. Therefore, it is no coincidence that we placed in the top three ranks in the Best Employers ČR contest for four consecutive years.
