C3 Reservations

C3 Reservations is a cloud-based dock appointment system from C3 Solutions. It lets warehouses and distribution centres plan dock activity and handle carrier appointment requests in one place.

What C3 Reservations offers

• Appointment matching — synchronises incoming requests with the dock capacity actually available.
• Custom rules — constraints and business rules applied to bookings.
• Automated messages — notifications sent to everyone involved in a delivery.
• Performance measurement — tracking how the business and its partners perform.
• Flow control — steering arrivals so the site is not short of what it needs most.

Who it works with

Logistics operations across industries such as retail, grocery, distribution, manufacturing and parcel post, including sites with small IT teams.
