RWIND 2

RWIND 2 is used to determine wind loads for buildings. In addition to a 3D model, all you need is a wind load description. The program automatically determines all other parameters for the flow simulation, so the analysis is performed at the push of a button.

• RWIND 2 is a stand-alone program and can be used as a stand-alone application or as a complement to structural analysis & design software RFEM and RSTAB.
• Due to the basic assumption regarding the determination of wind loads for buildings with the transfer of forces to the structural model, there is a native connection between RFEM and RWIND 2.
• This connection allows you to export any RFEM or RSTAB model with a wind load definition to RWIND 2 by using a special interface, and to obtain the wind loads on the element surfaces after the calculation.
• You can also use RWIND 2 without RFEM or RSTAB.
