PCR Educator Admissions

PCR Educator Admissions is the admissions module of the PCR Educator K-12 school information system. It takes a prospective family from first enquiry through online application, teacher recommendations, decision and enrolment. It is written for private and independent schools.

What PCR Educator Admissions offers

• Applicant portal — Families can complete a customised application, track its status and pay online, using a phone, tablet or computer.
• Inquiry forms — Schools can set up several enquiry forms and collect applicant details in one place.
• Tours and interviews — An online calendar lets parents book tours, interviews and shadow visits, syncs with iCal and notifies teachers of interviews.
• Admissions dashboard — Staff see tasks, messages, new enquiries and applicants, analytics, live enrolment figures and the admissions funnel.
• Application review — Interviewers score applicants on the school's own scale and can read forms, tests, recommendations and interview notes online.
• Teacher recommendations and aid — The module gathers recommendations online and handles financial aid.
